What book or author would you recommend to a 16 year old girl?

I am trying to find some books to read. Some of my favorite authors are Cecilia Ahern, Nicholas Sparks, and Meg Cabot. So does anyone have any suggestions of what a good book would be that is close to their style of writing? Thanks!
